In short: Silicon Valley Academy (Yakumo, Meguro-ku, Tokyo — walking distance from Toritsu-daigaku Station) accepts children from 6 months to pre-school age (0–6) for 2 weeks to 1 month of short-stay / temporary care. It’s a bilingual, English-speaking environment, there is no enrollment fee, and you can book from overseas by email. Fees start at ¥170,000 for 2 weeks (varies by age).

Silicon Valley Academy offers short-stay / temporary care for 2 weeks to 1 month (there is no 1-week-only plan). We welcome children of families visiting or returning to Japan for a short stay.
Can I enroll a 0-year-old in Tokyo for just 3 weeks?
Yes. We accept children from 6 months (age 0) for 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 1 month. Places are limited due to small class sizes, so please inquire early once your dates are set.
What are the fees during a short stay?

What if my child isn't used to Japanese yet?
In a bilingual, English-speaking environment your child can settle in comfortably even without Japanese. We have a multinational team including native English speakers.
Can I book from overseas?
Yes. You can inquire and book entirely by email or our form from overseas, in English, without worrying about the time difference.
